I had just finished my first leg workout a few weeks ago, and had been doing this every few weeks since that. The leg workout itself was great – the leg was just straight on a machine, it was a machine with a seat for my girlfriend so I could put my legs into the machine. I was able to go as far as 3 sets of 15 reps. I was really happy how I felt after my leg had gone through its first set of 15. I was feeling strong, I wasn’t tired, and my leg muscles were toned. The next day I started to go through my first set of 5-10 and it felt great, but then I started doing the 5-10 sets again at a slightly higher weight.

The next day my legs were feeling stronger and my quads were toned and I was able to go as far as 5-10 sets at 95% (max). It felt so good, I was so excited to do the 15-20 reps at 100% and it was a bit of a struggle going with what I knew how to do, but I felt confident in doing it and I did it. The next day I went back up to my first set and I was able to do 15 reps at the highest intensity of the machine, and the next day it’s at 80%. I’ve never done leg work and I’m so excited to try it out. If you’re into this type of thing, this is how you do it. This is what leg work is supposed to do to your body. The best thing about leg work is, you can do it anywhere and anytime, so you can have it anytime at whatever time in the day. My body feels great right now and I’m happy to be healthy and able to do it.
